Veda's First Candy Cane
She didn't really eat it, though she did try it with the plastic still on. Note grandma in the picture...I think she's pissed she's not getting any of the candy cane.
Veda Blue Train
After almost a year sabbatical from posting on this blog, the wife said I better get back to it...I'm wondering if my new, and frequently updated bike blog (tidewatervelo.blogspot.com) had anything to do with her ire?
Deanna and Veda took the train to Connecticut on Monday, and of course she traveled like a pro...some Kerouac love of train travel in her?

Meeting of the Minds
After a long discussion, we decided that, as she originally planned, Veda will major in philosophy with an emphasis on the Buddhist texts in the early Pali canon.
